Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping (US): 7–14 business days
- International Shipping: 14–21 business days

Shipping Carriers We work with a network of trusted suppliers and carriers including USPS, ePacket, and other standard carriers depending on the product and origin.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages Color and Rest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
